Satish Chaluvadi

Satish is a Vice President with Matrix India.  Prior to joining Matrix, Satish was a member of the investment team at Kotak Private Equity, a private equity fund focused on investing in emerging companies and mid-size enterprises.  Satish joined Kotak private equity in early 2005 when Kotak initiated its first structured, third party private equity fund.  Satish has over ten years of experience and has worked with institutions such as ICICI Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank in various roles covering the gamut of financial services including corporate finance, distressed assets, wholesale banking in both credit and relationship functions and private equity having executed transactions across growth, buyout and venture stages.

Satish is a Commerce graduate from Osmania University and has a post graduate degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
